A presentation introduces the modular ImmoScout24 CMS and highlights flexibility, responsive layouts and bug fixes. It shows grid modules, benefit icons and numbered process steps, then assembled page examples. Closing slides outline Frontify guidance, SEO and conversion-oriented next steps before showing the design workspace.
A landing-page briefing board connects project details, reference layouts, instructions, workflow roles and an evaluation board. The view moves from the overall project template to the collaboration and review sections, showing how a shared brief links the people and materials needed for page production.
A presentation moves across reusable landing-page layouts and Salesforce email designs, showing variants with turquoise, yellow and blue emphasis. Mobile email examples combine photography, benefit illustrations and calls to action. Closing slides show template and wireframe kits and visual guidance for campaign, hub, product, SEO and content pages.
Why ImmoScout24 needed a CMS and Salesforce revamp
ImmoScout24’s AEM setup had outdated components, responsive problems and gaps between design files and implementation. Teams were spending time solving the same page problems again.
The work connected page design, content structure and the CMS. It also addressed the briefing process, because reusable components only help when teams have a clear way to decide what they need.

Connecting page modules with briefs and CMS delivery
Kerstin Ludwig led ImmoScout24’s landing-page system project, bringing Creative Studio, UX and SEO together to audit the modules in use and build a shared system aligned with COSMA.
A responsive component foundation
The first iteration documented responsive components in Sketch and Abstract, with matching modules in the CMS sandbox. Grids, typography and spacing were updated; hero layouts, forms, cards, tables and other modules gained clearer usage options and implementation links. The team fixed responsive behaviour, addressed accessibility and reduced reliance on custom CSS.
The Frontify media library connected assets to the page workflow. Teams could work with documented components instead of repeatedly translating between an ideal design and what the CMS would allow.
Earlier alignment through shared briefs
The initiative broadened into template and wireframe kits, page types and guidance. The later Figma migration and FigJam briefing workflow helped teams align on content and structure earlier. That made the brief a shared working document and reduced repeated back-and-forth during production.
Faster launches and reusable CRM templates
Go-to-market time for Scout24’s landing pages fell by 50% through the improved briefing process and reusable system. The wider revamp met Core Web Vitals and delivered a cleaner, responsive component foundation.
Extending the system into Salesforce Marketing Cloud
The landing-page system proved itself as a repeatable way to build and launch pages. The team then adapted its modular design logic and shared workflow for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud template revamp. Salesforce was a major business driver for Scout24, extending the value of the work into CRM communications. A proven system became the basis for revamping the next one.
