A presentation contrasts the previous Shopware Community Day design with the SCD25 identity. Blue, white and multicoloured light beams radiate from a central point in the Spotlight Tunnel motif. Playful stickers and the event wordmark are then applied to welcome signage and a wide event screen.
The Shopware Community Day 2025 aftermovie opens with the SCD25 wordmark over blue light beams. Event footage moves between speakers, a panel discussion, an award presentation and people dancing. It closes with sponsor logos on the same multicoloured spotlight background, showing the identity across screen graphics and the live event.

Shopware Community Day was a public test of the updated brand. The event had a fixed date, many contributors and a legacy design that needed to move into the core identity. The system had to work in physical space as well as on screen.
As Head of Brand Design, Kerstin Ludwig led Shopware Community Day’s brand application with internal teams and external partners, bringing marketing, product, partnerships and event delivery together under her creative leadership.
New spatial guidelines translated the brand into physical environments. Booth design and merchandise were revamped, while templates and motion standards connected stage content with digital communication. The same principles had to work at different scales, from an individual asset to the wider event environment.
Clear guidance and reusable assets allowed internal teams and external partners to work from the same foundation. Central brand direction supported distributed execution. This reduced production friction and last-minute rework as the event approached, and created assets that could support further event-related content.
The sold-out Shopware Community Day brought around 1,300 attendees together in a coherent brand environment. The result showed that the updated identity could hold across stage, content, digital and on-site applications under fixed timelines.
The standards and templates behind the brand supported a public experience that many people and partners had to deliver together. This is where the brand infrastructure became visible.
“What an outstanding result from our brand design team! At first glance, the pictures almost look like mockups – but that’s the real thing. The design turned out so classy and vibrant, it truly pops just like it does in the pics. Huge kudos to the team for this exceptional work”
